Description: This one-of-a-kind heart pendant is designed from a high-polished 14k yellow gold wire outlining a contrasting textured sterling background. The 4-mm round faceted stone is a lab created Ruby set in an 18k yellow gold tube setting. It's dimensions are about 3/4 inch tall and 3/4 inch wide (18 x 18 mm). The 14k chain is included. This pendant is designed and hand-fabricated by J. S. Ellington.
